Carol Lee Kelliher founded the recruitment company Kelliher & Company in 1997.  Previously, she held Creative management positions at advertising agencies in San Francisco, Chicago, New York and Boston. Including 15 years working for Hal Riney & Partners as Sr VP, Director Creative Services/Broadcast Production in their San Francisco, Chicago, and NY offices.  She was Executive Producer at ChiatDay/NY.  And in Boston, VP/Director of Creative Services at Arnold Worldwide during their VW expansion (1995-97).

Carol Vick co-founded the Creative Circus ad school in Atlanta, in 1995.
As Vice President/Placement Director for this top rated school, Carol wrote curriculum, formatted the programs in advertising, design and photography
and fine tuned student portfolios. She placed graduates and alumni throughout the US and abroad.  Prior to 1995 she started Brains, a creative recruitment firm specializing in advertising and design placement, which she formed after 8 years as Placement Director for the Portfolio Center, Atlanta.  She also has a fine art background.
